Birthday Recap

We celebrated my birthday on Saturday and it was awesome!  I went to the Ritz-Carlton Spa during the day and had the BEST spa experience I've ever had in Dallas!  I highly recommend it!  Then we met up with a few friends and hung out on a patio since it was so fabulous and warm (which NEVER happens when you have a winter birthday)!  After the patio Brian and I went home and got ready and had a fabulous dinner at Fearing's.  Brian had invited out some friends to celebrate and we met up with them at the Rattlesnake Bar at the Ritz.  All-in-all my birthday was fantastic!  I got lots of great loot and a special date with my hubby!

Me with Holly
 Holly, Me, Celeste
Me with Taylor.  Taylor was one of the groomsmen in our wedding and he thought it would be hilarious to show up to my birthday wearing the seersucker suit and shirt that he had to wear for the wedding!  I thought it was great, but his girlfriend didn't think it was as funny since she had to take him to meet up with her friends afterward in seersucker in January!
The girls....Lindsey, Holly, Me Celeste, Ivonne
Lindsey didn't approve of the angle in the first pic so she repositioned, little did she know I'd post it anyway:)
Me with Stephanie and Lauren...........somehow Brian and I never managed to get a picture together :(
I got lots of great goodies!  Brian's parents sent me travel books for all of my summer European destinations and a gift card.
Brian got this beautiful roses, even though he had already gotten me a couple of gifts.  I think the girls in his office convinced him that he needed to show up with flowers even though he had already gotten gifts.  I didn't mind:)
The shoes that I got for my birthday outfit. I love them!
I got these shoes with birthday money from my parents.  They were so cute that I had to buy them even though it will be a while before I can wear them.  I love the sea green color!
And my boss got me this great little Kate Spade beach bag.  She knows I love all things Kate Spade and she picked it up for me at a sample sale in NYC a few weeks ago.  It was a very nice surprise!
All in all, it was a fantastic birthday.  It was the longest celebration ever, as we went to the Mavs game on Tuesday and then semi-celebrated all the way to Saturday night!

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY... a little late, but I just read your post about it. Sounds like you had a wonderful time with your hubby and precious friends. God bless you.

Cute pics- espically the rockin' suit... I never said his outfit wasn't funny and we definitely were not meeting up with anyone.. There all for you :-)
